Returns Policy

You may cancel your order for whatever reason up to the point before it is shipped. Rare Malts & Co reserves the right to subtract the following fee for refund:

FOR SINGAPORE (LOCAL) DELIVERY
Approx. 3.5% Credit Card Processing Fee (changes as per the credit card T&Cs and is not within our control)
0% for cash on Delivery
$20 for Delivery Charges
Shipping Insurance - If insurance is needed, there will be extra charges levied on buyer's part.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

After the order has been shipped you must take delivery and ship the item back to us at which point we will refund your payment, minus the card processing charge and shipping insurance. Please note that we are not responsible for any return shipping costs. We also highly recommend that you insure the item when returning it back to us because the item must be returned in its original condition. Please note that we are not responsible for breakages or non-delivery by your courier.

If you have taken delivery of your order and are unhappy with any of the products received we will be happy to refund or exchange any items providing you meet the following criteria:

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt as per the distance selling act;
All Items must be returned to us in their original unopened condition;
All Items must be returned in their original packaging complete with any accessories.
If an item from your order is damaged or broken we will be happy to reimburse the cost of returning the item back to us or in some cases arrange a courier to collect on our behalf.

All refunds will be paid within a maximum of 14 days of Rare Malts Slainte. receiving the goods back from you, but usually this will be within three working days.

Exchanging Items
We will be more than happy to exchange any product you receive from Rare Malts Only regardless of your reason, providing you meet the following criteria:

You must return all items for exchange within 14 days of receipt;
All Items must be returned to us in their original condition;
All Items must be returned in their original packaging complete with any accessories.
Please note that we are not responsible for any return shipping costs you may incur while returning the original item to us, unless your item was broken or damaged upon receipt.

Returning / Exchanging Items
Unless the item is broken / damaged or delivered in error, you are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the item back to us. We also highly recommend that you insure the item when returning it back to us because the item must be returned in its original condition. Please note that we are not responsible for breakages or non-delivery by your courier.

We will advise you the return address depending on your location.

For all returns, please make sure you do the following:

Include a copy of your sales invoice with the item(s) you are returning;
Let us know why you are returning the item;
Attach your returns shipping label to the packaging;
Take care to cover up any other addresses on the packaging;
If applicable, please specify what product you would like to exchange the item for.
