A beautiful Bowmore Single Malt matured in a Sauternes Cask  (#27935) for 26 years.  The bottle is presented in a unique black powder coated stainless steel case which resembles a bank vault case.

  This 26 year old single malt, is a very limited edition bottling from Highland Park that celebrates each year of the legendary career of the Danish photographer, Soren Solkaer.

This single cask is by the popular Guangzhou chef who owns the restaurant, Howard's Gourmet.  This bottle, distilled in 1990, was bottled in 2018 to commemorate the Year of the Horse.
