Suntory's whisky heritage dates back to 1923, when founder Shinjiro Torii established Yamazaki, Japan's first malt whisky distillery. The company subsequently expanded its whisky making with Hakushu Distillery and Chita Distillery, creating an extraordinary range of malt and grain whiskies used both individually and in celebrated blends such as Hibiki.

Over the decades, Suntory has produced some of the most recognised and collectible Japanese whiskies in the world. Older age statements, discontinued expressions, single-cask bottlings and special limited editions are particularly sought after by collectors.
