Hibiki 30 year old is a superb blend of the finest single malt from Yamazaki and Hakushu. It is then aged in different types of casks and vatted with grain whisky from Chita distillery. 

This composition of malt and grain has a deep complexity that would delight the most discerning whisky connoisseur.  Amazing arrays of flavours such as; raisins, prunes, dried figs, apricot jam, with a tinge of gingerbread spiciness and cinnamon; a hint of leather, cedar and brown sugar for the finish.

Bottled in its delightful bottle with 30 facets representing 30 years of age, the most mature of Hibiki family, expresses the quintessence of the art of Japanese whisky.
