These two gins were matured in different cask in the Kyoto Distillery to change the profile and make it more unique.
1) Ki No Bi Edition G has been aged in oak barriques previously used to mature Henri Giraud's best champagnes. 700ml, 48% ABV
2) Ki No Bi Edition K has been matured in American Oak barrels previously used to mature Kilchoman's single malt whiskies, from the Scotch whisky producer, Kilchoman Distillery. 700ml, 46% ABV
