For customers in Singapore, delivery time is within 3 working days on Mondays - Fridays. No delivery on weekends. If you need urgent delivery, please contact us for special arrangement..

For overseas customers, we highly recommend that you insure your purchase. In the unlikely event of damage or loss of goods during transit, Rare Malts & Co. cannot be held responsible. (In this case, the shipping cost might be higher than what is indicated by us when you checkout. Please bear in mind that we will have to make manual adjustments if needed here.)

For worldwide customers, please note that your local custom departments can and often do hold parcels for inspection. This is totally out of our control so extra delivery time must sometimes be allowed if this does happen.
