This is the complete Macallan Concept Trio Set.
1) Macallan Concept 1, 700ml, 40% ABV
This 1st design celebrates the world's visionaries by daring to disrupt the whisky making process. Traditionally, double matured whiskies are first matured in bourbon barrels before being finished (in shorter periods) in sherry casks but in this expression, macallan decided to mature in a sherry cask and finished in bourbon casks instead. (in equal times)
2) Macallan Concept 2, 700ml, 40% ABV
This bottle design celebrates music and the idea is from Macallan's multi talented Whisky Maker Steve Bremner who by day blends whisky and by night, is a DJ.
3) Macallan Concept 3. 700ml, 40.8% ABV
This bottle design was done in collaboration with the acclaimed contemporary graphic designer, David Carson.
