Today, older Ji-whisky releases provide enthusiasts and collectors with a fascinating view of Japanese whisky beyond the major names of Yamazaki, Nikka, Karuizawa and Hanyu. Some were produced in very limited quantities and can be exceptionally difficult to find outside Japan.
